Pay – £27,500 pro rata

Brave Futures is a well-established charity working across Norfolk and Suffolk. We provide specialist support and a safe place for children and young people up to the age of 21 who have disclosed sexual abuse, along with offering support for siblings and parents/carers. We use an approved programme in order to help our children rebuild their future and move forward with their lives.
We are a multidisciplinary team, with our practitioners coming from a range of backgrounds, including social work, police, education and creative therapy. We work under the direction of our Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Lead. We support children and young people in one-to-one weekly sessions. We are currently based throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, with our main office in central Ipswich.
We are looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Service Support Navigator to join our dedicated team at Brave Futures. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our service, supporting children, young people and families to access the help they need, when they need it.
As a Service Support Navigator, you will act as a key point of contact, guiding service users through their journey with us. You will coordinate referrals, provide clear and sensitive communication, and ensure each individual feels heard, supported and empowered. Working closely with practitioners and partner agencies, you will help deliver a responsive, high-quality service in a trauma-informed and child-centred environment.

The available post is for 25.5 hours per week.
